MAIN STUDIO
Large open space featuring two kitchen studio sets and spacious area for building custom sets. Entire space is outfitted with double-drywall and soundproofing insulation. Skylights have remote-controlled blackout shades. Quiet air conditioning throughout the entire studio.
Our two green rooms, two prep kitchens, prop room and three bathrooms are located off of MAIN STUDIO.
ALL BASE RATES include MAIN STUDIO, Prep Kitchen #1, One (1) Kitchen Set and One (1) Green Room. Optional add ons are à la carte. Optional add ons can be found listed at the bottom of this page.

Two large prep kitchens outfitted with natural gas ranges, hot/cold water sinks with garbage disposals, dishwashers, commercial two-door fridges, commercial freezer, air conditioning, heavy-duty range hoods, Boos butcher block tables, ample counter space, outlets, cookware, speed racks, and everything you need!

MODERN BOHO KITCHEN
The modern boho kitchen set is outfitted with KitchenAid appliances and features a window on the right wall. The left and right walls are moveable. The stove is fully functional and movable.

WHITE KITCHEN SET
The modern light kitchen set is outfitted with KitchenAid appliances and features a faux backyard. The stove is fully functional. The set left wall is movable.

PROP ROOM
Our prop room features a variety of plate ware, cookware, cutting boards, surfaces, napkins and much more. Renting props, surfaces and cookware from our studio is completely optional.

Main STUDIO FLOOR PLAN
The photos shown above are throughout the highlighted area of our studio below. Specific measurements can be provided upon request.
The front area of our Main Studio is a large space with 12’x18.8’ remote controlled roll-up garage for unloading. Large enough to fit a medium-sized truck. South-facing frosted windows perfect for natural light photography. Ability to blackout all windows. White CYC wall is located in this room. Doubles as a client lounge area and has double pocket doors to isolate sound from the studio section that contains our kitchen sets. We allow all furniture to be moved and relocated. This is also a great space that can be used for shooting.
